Who the controller is
The controller of personal data is [pełna nazwa firmy], [adres], NIP [NIP] ("we"). For anything about your data, write to [[email protected]].
What we collect and why
The "Book a presentation" form. Your name, your company's headcount and a phone number or email address. We use them to contact you about a presentation and to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the data for up to 12 months after the last contact or until you withdraw consent, and if we sign a contract, for its duration and until claims under it become time-barred.
The demo. The demo asks for no data: you enter a fictional account, and after two hours your copy of the demo goes back to the start together with everything typed into it. Please do not type real personal data into the demo.
Server logs. The server records the IP address, the time, the address of the page and the type of browser. We need them to protect the service from abuse and to fix errors, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days.
The "Leave plan" generator. What you type into the generator stays in your browser's storage and never reaches our server. You remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The demo uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie, so that you can stay signed in, and form protection.
Who receives the data
We do not sell data. Only the service providers we use have access to it, under data processing agreements: [dostawca serwerów i kraj] (servers) and [dostawca poczty] (email). We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
- access to your data and a copy of it;
- rectification, erasure or restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdrawing consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn.
Just write to [[email protected]]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).
Do you have to give us data
No. Filling in the form is voluntary, but without it we cannot arrange a presentation. We make no automated decisions and do no profiling.
