Leave plan 2027: generator and Excel template
Enter your employees and their dates. The generator counts working days with Polish public holidays taken into account, shows how much leave each person has left, and highlights the weeks when too many people of one team are away at once. Download the finished plan in Excel.

A plan is only the start. In the system employees file requests from a phone, the manager and HR approve with one click, and the balance of days counts itself.

Who has to make one
The employer sets the leave plan, taking into account employees' requests and the need to keep work going normally (art. 163 of the Polish Labour Code). There is no need for one when the company has no trade union, or the unions agreed to do without it: then dates are agreed with each employee. The plan does not cover the four days of leave on demand.
How many days an employee has
20 days with under 10 years of seniority and 26 days from 10 years (art. 154). Leave counts in working days: weekends and public holidays within the leave are not counted. School counts towards seniority as well.
From 2026 seniority also includes, among other things, running a business and civil-law contracts for which contributions were paid (art. 3021; at private employers from 1 May 2026). The employee proves it with a certificate from ZUS, so someone may become entitled to 26 days instead of 20 during the year.
Two weeks in a row, and leave carried over
- At least one part of the leave should last 14 consecutive calendar days (art. 162). The generator points out who has no such period.
- Leave not used in a year has to be granted by 30 September of the following year (art. 168). Enter it in the "Carried over" field.
